We’ve all heard the annoying comments from outsiders about how Texas is just a flat piece of desert, or a giant patch of grass, or a state full of uneducated rednecks. People can make fun of us or misjudge us all they want, but that doesn’t change our love for Texas, or the fact that we wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. Non-Texans might underestimate us, but we don’t mind being underrated – it just makes our Texas pride even stronger. 🙂
1. We lead the nation in cattle production, which means your next hamburger likely came straight from Texas.
