Sample Unlimited Tacos At The Upcoming Tequila, Taco & Cerveza Festival In Texas
Tacos are one of the major food groups here in Texas, and there’s a festival coming to San Antonio later this month that celebrates them in all their zesty, mouthwatering glory. For another consecutive year, the Tequila, Taco, and Cerveza Fest is returning to Alamo City for a full day of eats, drinks, and entertainment.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
Later this month, the famous Tequila, Taco, & Cerveza Fest is returning to San Antonio. For one day only, this massive fiesta will feature roaming mariachis, live luchadores matches, water pong, corn hole, and -- of course -- delicious tacos and quality tequila.
Food trucks will line the River Walk, boasting over a dozen unique, mouthwatering tacos. Steak, chicken, and more innovative options like lager-battered shrimp are just a few of the varieties to choose from.
Warm corn tortillas, meat seasoned just right, and fresh, crunchy veggies combine for a taste sensation nothing less than explosive. This is authenticity at its finest.
Tequila is 1/3 of the festival name, after all, so we'd be remiss not to mention it. There will be over 40 varieties available, including big name brands like Don Julio and Blue Nectar.
General admission tickets are $30 and include unlimited tequila samples, a branded souvenir cup, one mystery item, and entry into a grand prize giveaway. Upgrade to VIP for just $30 more and get everything previously listed, plus one plate from any food truck and a custom T-shirt. Designated Driver tickets are just $10!
