Visit America’s Oldest Mini Golf Course In Texas For Some Nostalgic Family Fun
Need a break from 21st century life? You’ll find it at Cool Crest Miniature Golf in Texas. Open since 1929, this San Antonio mini golf destination offers nostalgic family fun in the form of two 18-hole courses. There are no complicated holes or fancy obstacles here – but that’s where the charm lies.

It was on the front lines of a miniature golf craze that spread like wildfire across the U.S. during the Great Depression. After all, it's one of the cheapest ways for families to get out of the house and have a good time!

There are no fancy obstacles here, just good old-fashioned mini golf - the way it was always intended to be.

At a traditional 18 holes each, they promise to keep the fun (and healthy competition) going all morning, afternoon, or evening long.

Open during normal operating hours, the garden features a full bar with over two dozen types of beer, plus picnic tables and a stage for live music.

Good eats and drinks and nostalgic family fun - we can't picture a better way to spend an evening.

There's no wrong way to have fun at Cool Crest.

Hours are 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday, and 12 p.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday.
