Kenny & Ziggy's is, without a doubt, one of the most iconic restaurants in Houston. The traditional, New York-style Jewish deli first opened in 1999, and it's only continued to grow in popularity over the years (as evidenced by the restaurant's move to a new, bigger space in February 2022).
Between the movie posters, playbills, and caricatures on the walls and the constantly bustline atmosphere, the restaurant really has the look and feel of the Big Apple.
It's also a major celebrity hotspot. From sports figures like Dusty Baker of the Houston Astros to food personalities like Guy Fieri to actors like Jeffrey Tambor, famous folks love the food and ambiance at Kenny & Ziggy's.
There are a whopping six pages of mouthwatering selections, ranging from lox and bagels to blintz-stuffed French toast to omelets so big, they practically fall off the plate - and that's just breakfast!
