What happens when you combine pizza and coffee under one roof? The Dough Joe dared to find out, and the result was revolutionary. Hiding in the small Hill Country town of Bandera, this unique restaurant is the place to go when you need caffeine and a delicious meal. They even have breakfast pizza!

Relatively new to the Bandera food scene, The Dough Joe opened its doors in late 2019.
"The Reuben" trades a red sauce base for 1000 island dressing before getting topped with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, green onions, caraway seeds, and an extra drizzle of dressing. Other over-the-top pies include Chicken Bacon Ranch, Philly Cheese Steak, Buffalo Chicken, and several other indulgent options.
Sports are always on TV at The Dough Joe, so game snacks are necessary.
Start your day with the perfect cup of coffee, whether that means decaf or a double shot of espresso. Jazz it up with a pump or two of syrup, in flavors like chocolate, vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, and even pumpkin pie and peppermint.
Nothing goes with pizza quite like a cold beer there's plenty to go around here.
