Walk Through Over 100,000 Lights On The Home For The Holidays Christmas Trail In Texas
Texas has no shortage of Christmas festivities, and some of the very best are hiding where you’d least expect to find them. Stevenson Park in Friendswood is where you’ll find the Home for the Holidays Lighted Christmas Trail, which boasts more than 100,000 lights, iconic holiday characters, letters to Santa, and even a fairy trail.
Friendswood's annual "Santa in the Park" event won't take place this year, but it's been replaced by something even better.
Nightly through New Year's Day, the Home for the Holidays Lighted Christmas Trail turns Stevenson Park into a winter wonderland.
The trail features more than 100,000 lights in total. You'll see them wrapped around tree trunks, masquerading as icicles, and forming grandiose archways.
Hang out with Santa's reindeer, watch the Gingerbread Express chug along, and marvel at the larger-than-life Christmas tree adorned with lights and ornaments.
You'd better come hungry—all sorts of delicious food is available.
