There’s A Little Known Unique Food Truck In Austin…And It’s Truly Delicious
Anyone who’s been to Austin knows it has tons of food trucks. I mean, there are even food truck “parks” with several different trailers to choose from and outdoor seating to enjoy your meal. That being said, this might be the best truck in the entire city. The owners, Zane and Brandon Hunt, have a passion for serving up unique, Detroit-style pizza – and their love for what they do shows in their cuisine. Not many food trucks can create dishes that look like they come from a gourmet restaurant, but Via 313 has beat all odds and done just that. See some of the deliciousness you can order there below.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

It might look rather unassuming, but us Texans know not to judge a book by its cover in terms of restaurants.

The trailer menu is slightly limited compared to the brick-and-mortar restaurant, but it still has plenty of options like a Greek pizza...

...a classic cheese and tomato sauce...

A "Cadillac" with gorgonzola and parmesan cheeses, ham, fig preserves, and a balsamic glaze...

...a pepperoni, and a few other choices of delicious, cheesy, stretchy, pillow-like crust-y goodness.

They have gluten free and vegan options, too, so nobody gets left out!

I mean, come on...does this really look like it's from a food truck? Via really knows what they're doing.
Have you ever been to Via 313? Are there any other food trucks in Austin that serve unique dishes?
