Whether it be iconic or more of a hidden gem, Austin is known for everything beautiful. These epic places to go hiking in Austin and the surrounding area, certainly add to the truth of this statement.

1. The Greenbelt is a massive nature trail where there are plenty of hiking challenges to be had.

2. Hike to Twin Falls and treat yourself with a cool dip, which is especially rewarding on a hot Summer day.

3. The 360 bridge is an iconic landmark of Austin...but the hike up to this special view is somewhat of a secret, and so worth discovering.

4. Hike up the spiral hill at Butler Park to catch this view of the city and an epic view of the stars at night

5. This hike can get quite busy, but the views and chill vibes of Mt. Bonnell are more than worth it.
