Stay In This Unparalleled Tennessee Yurt For A Night Of Pure Magic
As local travel experts, we know what travelers are looking for when it comes to finding the perfect accommodations for their next trip. To compile our lists, we scour the internet to find properties with excellent ratings and reviews, desirable amenities, nearby attractions, and that something special that makes a destination worthy of traveling for.
Tennessee is known for its incredible outdoors culture. From the trails of the Great Smoky Mountains to the back water of the Mississippi River, the state really does have something to offer just about everyone. We even have something for everyone when it comes to places to stay in our lovely state. Take, for example, the lovely town of Copperhill, right on the border of Tennessee and Georgia. There, there’s a manor that offers guests a truly unique accommodation: a yurt. What’s a yurt? You’ll just have to look and see.

Right on the border between Tennessee and Georgia is the small town of Copperhill. It's about an hour and a half east of Chattanooga, and you pretty much can't go any further without being in either Georgia or North Carolina.

The town is home to an absolutely beautiful lodge called Blanche Manor. These folks pride themselves in having one of the most beautiful and tranquil spots in the entire country, and they're not exaggerating.

The Manor is nestled in the Appalachian Mountains, not far from some of the most scenic drives you'll find in the country. The area is especially beautiful in the fall.

The real star of Blanche Manor, though, is their collection of yurts, which you can stay in for the night. The yurts are basically fancy round tents, which provide for a surprisingly spacious and cozy accommodation inside.

See? What did we tell you? Not what you'd expect from your average tent. The yurts are basically small cabins, making your stay as cozy and comfortable as suits your needs.
While the yurts are a big attraction, the Manor is also known for their horseback tours of the area. They raise all of their own horses right on the farm grounds.

While we don't recommend going in the snow, we do recommend going to Blanche Manor ASAP and staying in one of their unique yurts. You can book online at their website, and visit in Copperhill at 160 Blanche Manor Lane.
Sometimes you just need a break from it all, and these seven spots in Tennessee are just the perfect places to go.
