Unusual is an interesting word. To folks in New York City, a tiny, tight-knit community may seem a little strange amongst the skyscrapers and hustle and bustle. To Californians, tornado warnings may chill them straight to the bone, whereas Tennesseans are a little rough around the edges when it comes to snow.
