Parrot Mountain is a Bible-inspired garden and parrot preserve located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. It's located just minutes from Dollywood which makes it an easy spot to add to your vacation agenda.
The beautiful enclosure is studded with stunning plants and foliage, which makes a walk through the grounds a peaceful addition to your experience. You'll find a series of tropical birds throughout the gardens, including toucans and hornbills.
Of course, it's the bird garden that really makes people swoon! There are over 70 birds on open perches and you can choose to feed them by hand or just have your photo taken.
Doesn't this make for a magnificent view? There's no other place in Tennessee to experience tropical birds so closely. Make sure that you check out the baby bird nursery while you're at it. It will be neat to get to see these tiny creatures and their different stages of development.
