1. Sip Café - East Nashville
Tucked away in East Nashville, Sip Cafe is often forgotten in light of the chains and unique small eateries that dot the neighborhood. Still, the ice cream available for purchase is some of the freshest and most delicious in Nashville, and the drive-thru window makes it than much easier to get your fix. These creamy milkshakes are WELL worth a stop on your way down Briley Parkway.

2. The Soda Parlor - East Nashville
The Soda Parlor is one of Nashville's newest additions, and oh how happy folks are that it exists. Atmospheric and boasting a massive menu of milkshakes and sweet treats. Come for a sundae or a float, but we'd recommend the decadent milkshakes any day.

3. Elliston Place Soda Shop - Midtown
This diner dive in Midtown is one of the most popular spots to dine amongst the older set. It's been open in the same location since the 1930s, making it one of the oldest restaurants in the city. Elliston has retained its old school charm, and still serves a fantastic milkshake and malted. Look at that whipped cream! True decadence.

4. The Grilled Cheeserie Shop - Hillsboro Village
The Grilled Cheeserie is best known for its decadent, pressed sandwiches, but it's the milkshake bar that stands out during the summertime. You can make your own decadent shake or perhaps choose from the ever-changing seasonal menu.

5. Goo Goo Shop - Downtown
The Goo Goo Shop in downtown Nashville isn't known widely for its milkshakes, but OH they're a must if you're a Goo Goo Cluster fan. There's a sweets counter located right inside the storefront, tucked away right off of Broadway, and it provides a great way to sate that sweet tooth while out and about downtown.
