Musicians are playing 333 feet deep below the mountain in a spot known as the, "Volcano Room."

Zoom out, anyone? Shows also tend to last anywhere from 2.5 to 3 hours! That's definitely worth our time, and it's an experience you truly can't get anywhere else.

There is seating for five hundred folks, although the space is unfortunately not handicapped accessible. The trails down to the Volcano Room are actually considered semi-strenuous.

A monthly music event, Cumberland Caverns has been hosting since 2008. It was in 2011 that it became a nationally syndicated show, eventually garnering two Emmys.

Getting this far underground in Tennessee is a feat in itself, but when it comes to watching a CONCERT over three hundred feet below the surface? You can't beat it.
