Right here you can see the Memphis Nachos, which are covered in onion, dill pickle, jalapeno corn slaw, braised pork all tossed together with dry rub seasoning and bbq sauce. The nachos get their name from the ultra-popular, "Memphis Taco," which has the same toppings as the nachos but wrapped up in a soft taco shell.
Or perhaps you're feeling more like the Nacho Mama platter? Order this appetizer and you'll be indulging in the self-proclaimed, "perfect nacho" at Taco Mamacita's. You can even add meats like brisket, chicken or perfectly crispy carnitas.
