Slow Hand Coffee + Bakeshop has long been a favorite amongst locals, but Nashville heaved a sigh of sadness when the building they used to inhabit sold in the summer of 2018. Fear not, bakery lovers. Slow Hand recently reopened in East Nashville, and the break has made them better than ever.

It's all the same quality, with a different address. Slow Hand has been a staple in Nashville since 2015, and their new location boasts an expansive menu that's bound to make you excited for the morning.

Indulge in an assortment of muffins, cookies, and freshly baked pastries, or perhaps snag a plate of avocado toast to fuel your morning.

The open and airy space is perfect for a breakfast out. The coffee is freshly brewed, and every meal is made to order. The atmosphere has a rustic, country-esque feel, so you won't find any crazy pastry experiments. Come to Slow Hand for a cozy, homey morning spent with tried-and-true morning staples. Of course, those cinnamon rolls are well worth the investment, too...

Make sure to try a breakfast sandwich! Folks rave over the sausage and cheese biscuit, and there's nothing like the fried chicken and egg biscuit pictured above. There are specialty pastries for the holidays and featured during the changing of the seasons, so you can expect seasonal indulgences throughout the year as well.

Order a cup of coffee to go or take it here, within the beautiful and sun-drenched space. Slow Hand Coffee + Bakeshop is a calm spot to be in the midst of a bustling city, and its food and vibe offer a perfect reprieve.
