We're constantly surprised at the wealth of flavors you can find at Acme in downtown Nashville. This 2nd Avenue establishment is probably one of the best spots for locals to visit in the neighborhood, and their hot chicken is quite pleasant.


Another hot spot you wouldn't think to visit for hot chicken! Edley's is fabulous for a crispy plate of fried, cayene-smothered chicken with a side of cornbread. Though this may be just outside of traditional, there's nothing wrong with putting a unique spin on a Nashville classic.
