This iconic Nashville chocolate is the stuff of legends, proffering a millennial spin on the ever popular chocolate Goo Goo Cluster. You've probably seen the iconic Nashville packagin fin stores such as Whole Foods, or overseas at Fresca in Japan and Selfridges in London.

The factory is located at 1628 Fatherland Street in East Nashville, in a factory that was the original home to HG Hills store in the early 1900's.

It has since housed a cookie factory and woodworking factory. We're pretty happy the hot spot for Nashville chocolate brought the location back to its sweet roots.

Tours are given on Saturdays, from 10am to 4pm. You can still visit the shop from Tuesday to Saturday, 10-5, though! You'll just want to plan ahead for the fabulous tour.

Included in the $5 price of admission? A complete view of the chocolate making process. The goodnatured employees are known for giving free samples.

Interesting fact? A melanguer is a vintage chocolate grinding machine, and Olive & Sinclair uses them to grind their beans.

The melanguer is a Spanish stone mill from the 1900's - they don't play around, over here.

Let's get in a bit closer - yep. Love this. Very much.

Tours run every hour on the hour and they last roughly thirty to forty minutes. Plus, at only five dollars a pop - you get a cocoa laden education, free samples, and hair nets. Killer.

Olive & Sinclair is Tennessee's first and only bean-to-bar chocolate company, making the city forever indebted to its wildly delicious talents.
Would you take the tour of this chocolate factory in Nashville…? Because we’re totally in.
