There’s An Adventure Park Hiding In Nashville And You Need To Visit
Nashville is full of surprises, and we’re still a little bit shocked as to how they can hide so many of them. It’s really the strangest thing…did you know there’s an adventure park right smack dab in Music City? There is, and it’s a bit magical. Located at
4001 Bell Road, Treetop Adventure Park has all the thrills of your favorite action movie AND all the safety measures your family somehow always seems to stress. If you’re looking to be Bond – James Bond – for a day, then we have just the place for you.
Nashville's Treetop Adventure Park will open for the season in just a couple of weeks, on March 17th. The gorgeous course is a part of the Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort, set in the beautiful woods that lie just behind the fun summertime getaway.
One of the neat things about TAP, is that it's a well laid-out obstacle course set in the natural environment of the Nashville woods. Obstacles are above ground, suspended in routes that criss-cross the park.
Don't worry - you're safely secured throughout the whole of the course, so you can run from scramble nets to swinging logs to suspended bridges with ease. And safety!
We just can't get over how amazing this looks. Have you visited...?
There are four courses that run throughout the park, and it would take you between three and four hours to complete the whole of the adult course. You do have to go through a safety training though, it's a brief overview of how to have the most fun with the highest level of safety.
There are even courses for your littles! You'll want to choose between the yellow children's course or the junior course, depending on the height and age of your child. Just an FYI - kids must be seven years old with a height of four-foot-seven to be able to join in on the fun, and there will need to be an adult with them.
There are trains that run along the side of the course, so your mom can get all those neat pictures of you on these swinging logs.
This is one of the greatest hidden adventures in Nashville, folks. Treetop Adventure Park is $49.99 for each adult, $34.99 for those looking to take the Junior Course and $24.99 for the Kid's Course. There are discounts for pass holders and campground guests, as well as booking options for larger groups.
Call early and make a reservation, because this is the adventure of a lifetime - one that you never knew was hidden in your favorite city.
