Uh Oh – Here’s Why Families Are Staying FAR Away From Nashville
We’re super proud of our sweet little Tennessee home, but we know we aren’t perfect. The good thing about humility? You’re able to combat any problems with solidarity, which means Nashville is going to be pretty dang perfect soon. Why are families staying far, far away from Nashville? Well, we’ll tell you.

The days of long, meandering drives in the Tennessee country may still rise and set somewhere - well, in the country - but Nashville has been solidly citified.

Which means the traffic is HEINOUS.

What was once enough to provide fluid traffic channels for the number of Music City citizens, the infrastructure has proven to be wildly disproportionate to the vast number of transplants that have made Nashville their home.

With commutes averaging in at the hour mark, this isn't a great space for those looking for a quick in and out of town.

Plus, rental properties have reached such terrible scales that no one is able to live super close to town, making commutes even longer.

Needless to say, we're on par to be another Atlanta, and no one is all too happy about it. Until the city sees change, traffic will continue to be a daily battle.

We wish you luck, dear friends. It's a war out there.
