Bars in Nashville seem to come in two varieties: the country music star’s new honky tonk on Lower Broadway, or a hip new neighborhood joint that’s putting a new spin on the already great cocktail culture of Music City. Fable Lounge falls in to the second category there, offering a new speakeasy experience in their historic building off West End. Fable Lounge near Nashville's Centennial Park is a newly-opened, two-story speakeasy that marries the historied past of cocktail culture with a modern twist.
The interior is richly decorated and is bigger than you would expect it to be from the outside. Bar and Lounge walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are required for dinner.

The bar program at Fable is next to none in the city. You can get anything from classic cocktails to local craft beers to specialty cocktails like the "love & riches," made with Rittenhouse Rye, apple butter demerara, and bitters.

Their food is also something that you should be sure to save room for. They have some entrees like this Kobe burger, but they also offer a wide selection of charcuterie boards perfect to pair with any drink.
There's also plenty of outdoor space on their second floor mezzanine, a space that the restaurant refers to as the Cigar Lounge. So if you are a fan of cigars, this is a great spot to come and enjoy one in Nashville.
Being right by Centennial Park, parking can be hard to come by for this new restaurant in an already busy neighborhood. Street parking is free but rare, but you can get discounted parking in the paid lot across the street by selecting the "Fable" option and entering code "2121" for $6 flat-rate parking.
