The newly opened Caviar & Bananas marks the fifth location for this South Carolina-based eatery. Opening day was Wednesday, June 21st so you can bet the space is brand spankin' new and looking for some Nashville patrons.

The restaurant is set up with multiple stations where you can order your meal of choice. When you walk in the front doors you're treated to a beautiful, minimal coffee bar perfect for ordering a cafe au lait or breakfast toast, or you can venture deeper into the restaurant for grab-and-go meals like a sandwich or salad.

The aforementioned coffee bar - isn't it beautiful?! The restaurant's open concept makes the 6,100 square foot space seem even larger and more inviting. The herringbone pattern on the floor and huge, bright windows just adds to the experience.

You can enjoy everything from breakfast to lunch to dinner, and keep in mind that brunch is on the weekends!

There's a range of healthy and decadent options, with avocado toast for millennials and fried chicken sandwiches for southern purists. It's all about balance, you know.

We've heard from quite a few of the locals that their charcuterie board is worth a try, so we're going to pass on the inside scoop. It'll feel like you're indulging in Europe.

Eater Nashville even named Caviar & Bananas in their, "Where to Eat Brunch Right Now" article for the summer of 2017. That's quite the honor!

There is also a central market, where you can find everything from wine to cheese to a myriad of salsas. Caviar & Bananas truly makes it easy to choose an indulgent, delicious and elongated brunch, or a quick lunch break that doesn't skimp on quality.

Nashville marks the chain's first location outside of South Carolina, and the space is going over quite with with the locals. Their team of servers are kind, happy and great to chat with about the restaurant's many offerings. Their wine bar is lovely, and we simply can't get over their interior design. Such a vacation from the honkytonk heaven of Nashville's well-known strip of downtown Broadway.

You can visit for yourself at 2031 Broadway in Nashville's Midtown area. There's plenty of seating, but we'd recommend getting there early - there's something so calming in the quiet of their grand design with a cup of coffee. You just can't beat it.
