It’s no secret that Nashville is known for its food scene. From the classic meat-and-threes to the roadside shacks serving up the best hot chicken you’ll find anywhere, Nashville takes pride in its food. If you find yourself downtown, however, you’ll find one place that’s breaking the mold of Nashville’s food scene by making some of the most decadent, borderline insane milkshakes you’ve ever seen anywhere. Trust us, folks, you’ve got to see these things to believe them.
Downtown Nashville is bustling with so many spots for tourists and locals alike to duck in to and enjoy some of what makes Nashville special, but some spots are more unique than others.
One such spot is the Legendairy Milkshake Bar, which opened in the summer of 2018 on 3rd Avenue North just a few blocks off of the Broadway strip, and it's easy to see why it's unique.

You can order from their menu where they've already compiled some of the craziest combinations you can imagine, or you can customize your own shake!
One of the most popular shakes is The King Shake, made with banana pudding ice cream, a peanut butter rim, peanuts, whipped cream, and topped with fudge, peanut butter, Reese’s Pieces, an entire banana, and bacon, of course.
The only drawback of Legendairy is that there are often crowds (the store keeps a sign that they display when the wait is more than a hour), so be sure to go at off-peak times, or be prepared to wait for one of these delicious delicacies.
Legendairy Milkshake Bar is open every day but Monday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. They're located at 171 3rd Ave N. in downtown Nashville. Be sure to come hungry!
