This city has long been a place where famous people come to record music or make it big in their area of expertise. It is normal to see recognizable faces around the city, including many of the town’s best brunch spots. The Pancake Pantry in Nashville, Tennessee, is one such place: this restaurant serves up some of the best breakfast foods around and is frequented by big name celebrities, too.

This popular breakfast spot was opened up in 1961 by a man named Robert Balwin. He trained his son David since he was ten years old and he eventually took over the family business. In 2017 David sold the company but their hard work and traditions still live on to this day.
