The company was actually born in Wisconsin, and moved down south to Tennessee eight years after its inception. Its first new location in the southern region of the US was in Gatlinburg, where it eventually moved to the Gatlinburg mall.
Since its humble beginnings, Pepper Palace has expanded to over 30 locations in the United States - and they remain the one hot sauce shop that Tennessee boasts on its own.
All of their hot sauces are handcrafted, and and made in small batches. It ensures that you get the best hot sauce available, every single time.
Their ingredients are fresh, and their store in Gatlinburg is probably the best place to visit if you call The Volunteer State your home. Everything is made with fresh jalapeños and citrus!
