One of the most impressive parts about living in Tennessee is the opportunity to experience history in the most unexpected ways. Whether it be a hiking trail or interpretive museum, history in the Volunteer State really is all around us. Historic Collinsville is an authentic pioneer settlement that depicts what life was like in rural Tennessee in the nineteenth century. Situated on 40 acres of green rolling hills, this family-friendly attraction is equal parts picturesque and informative. Here’s more on why this pioneer settlement is a must-visit.
