The Graduate Knoxville officially opened to locals and tourists alike on August 13th, 2020. The thoughtfully designed space can welcome 112 visitors and is located just blocks from the University of Tennessee.

The hotel was designed with travelers in mind, not only regarding amenities but design. When you come to the Graduate Knoxville, be prepared to make (aesthetically pleasing!) memories. You'll find nods to the local community at large throughout the lobby and private rooms.

Its proximity to Neyland Stadium makes the bright pops of orange perfectly on-trend. Design throughout the hotel pivots on Tennessee Orange, paired with blue, white, and vintage east state touches.

The hotel was imagined to honor the city of Knoxville. You'll even find Smokey, the University of Tennesee's mascot, located on bedside lamps and featured on wallpaper patterns.

The rooms are both spacious and beautifully outfitted. The Graduate has kept the heart of the community close and balances high-minded design with approachable amenities.

Even the bathrooms hearken back to a simpler time in Tennessee history with gilded mirrors and indulgent wallpaper designs.
