Some Of The Best Burgers In Tennessee Can Be Found In This Unsuspecting Dive Bar
Finding a good burger is probably one of the greatest feelings in the world. If you have a place, a dive or an upscale eatery, that serves up your favorite patty between two puffy buns? That’s all you need. Add a beer or a soda and we’ve died and gone to heaven. In Memphis, one of the best spots to indulge in a burger – cheese or another sort – is the Dirty Crow Inn.
The Dirty Crow Inn likes to call itself a dive bar - which, we suppose, looks fairly correct.
Their low-lighting and fun, color infused decor makes for a fun and quirky atmosphere. Most of the music piped over the speakers is twangy country, which means our man in black will make an appearance.
You'll find posters from across the decades on display across the entire space.
See that beer on tap right there? All of them are local, AND you can get a bottle if you'd rather. The Dirty Crow is a self-proclaimed "5-star Dive Bar," which means you'll only get the best of the best.
There she is.
The "We Don't Bluff Burger" is of considerable fame amongst the locals. It comes with bacon and barbecue sauce, which has us weak in the knees.
And if you aren't in the mood for something huge?
Go for the all-American cheeseburger. It's just like you'd imagine - nostalgic and perfectly salty. The fries served on the side are also deftly seasoned, so you're set for the meal.
Would you try their catfish tacos?
There's nothing like apple slaw and perfectly fried catfish on white corn tortillas.
Their menu is expansive and their meals fabulous - this isn't a half-cooked kind of joint.
The "Dirty Patty Melt" (pictured) is made up of two beef patties and jalapeño corn bread. This sounds like the perfect game-day food.
The service is kind, the cocktails are perfectly mixed and the serving sizes are delicious and generous.
There's really no question, if you ask us. You can visit for yourself
