Either way, it’s hard to go just about anywhere in the state without some kind of get-together filled with laughter, good company, and great food. Today we want to let you know about an upcoming event that is sure to delight your taste buds. We’re talking about the Bacon Festival coming to celebrate everyone’s favorite breakfast item. But let’s be honest, can you think of a better food to celebrate?
You can almost hear it now: the sizzling, cracking, and popping sounds coming from a greasy skillet cooking up some mouth-watering bacon.
Now also allow your mind to wander back to the smells coming from that kitchen; the wafting scent is intoxicating. These are just a few of the reasons that we will be celebrating this amazing creation.
Signs are up and ready to go for this savory event that is about to go down.

The Bacon Festival will take place at Camp Jordan.
This is a massive area that has played host to several sports games and will now be opening up to the sweet succulent taste of bacon. Parking and admission is free so anyone can come and enjoy a good time.
There will be over 150 vendors selling unique creations, homemade gifts, and of course lots of bacon. If you have been to previous Touch The Sky Events then you know the brilliant array of options awaiting you.
Have your littles giggle with joy as they get up close and personal with the animals at the petting zoo. They can also bounce to their heart's content with the inflatables, or take a ride on the trackless train ride.
