In the realm of affordable and extremely unique accommodations, there's a tiny house on the water in Charleston that sleeps two and currently rents for $75 a night. Waterfront - and in Charleston? Yes, and it gets better than that... the family that operates this waterside bungalow is an Airbnb superhost with fantastic reviews. And one of the things that makes this tiny abode so amazing is that it was featured on Episode 10 in the 2017 season of "Backyard Goldmine" on the DIY Network.

When the crew showed up to save a dilapidated shed in the yard of this family home, they quickly went to work and the results are sensational.

The tiny house sleeps two (in two single beds) and features French doors that open to a private deck facing the water and the dock.

Guests have a private entrance through the gated yard plus access to the backyard and the dock. (Note: The pizza oven seen here has been removed, making even more space on the deck and expanding the views of the water.)

The kitchenette includes a microwave and toaster, plus all the essential tools for cooking and heating.

The home is also equipped with a mini fridge for keeping your beverages and food cold.
