The yurts at Nomad Ridge are built on a platform, have bamboo floors, screened windows and private bathrooms with running water.
They also have Asian-inspired decor, ceiling fans, solid wood doors and a personal deck next to the animal pasture areas.
Rates and bed size vary, depending on the type of yurt you choose.
Please note: Complimentary Wi-Fi is now available in all yurts, however, cellphone service is limited.
Nomad Ridge is open daily from May to October (including holidays) and guests must be 21 and over to stay.

If you find that a yurt is still a little too close to the elements than you'd prefer, you can always check to see if The Lodge is available to book.
The Lodge is also available to book in the winter months, unlike the yurts.
