Named after the man who saved this home from demolition, the Rupp Loft is a beautiful and historic limestone house with plenty of character. Two bedrooms and one bath make it the perfect size for your travels, as it sleeps 4 comfortably.

4. Herzog Haus - Victoria

In a small town like Victoria, Herzog Haus is an odd name that inspires comfort. Though this building was originally the town's general store, now it serves as a comfortable home for anyone passing through. Up to 6 guests have everything they need right at their fingertips. It's also right across the street from the Cathedral of the Plains, St. Fidelis Basilica.

5. Brent & Jean’s Cottage - Ness City

A smaller home with only one bedroom is hiding out in Ness City, a small place without much noise or bustle to bother you. The owners also offer a free tour of the historic bank building in town, if you are interested in local sightseeing.

6. 1906 Cottage Garden

Reminiscent of a grandmother's home, this charming cottage is beautiful inside and out. Historically from 1906, this WaKeeney home has two bedrooms, and a sleeping capacity of 8 guests. Cozy, just like mom's house!

Comfort in Hays is never wanted for, thanks to all these Airbnb spots. For those traveling through, this home can sleep 8 people, and even has a swing set for any kids that may be traveling with you. Family road trips are no problem!

9. SOLitude - Colby

Though it's a little odd, this unique getaway is sheltered from the elements while still feeling a little wild. Grain bin homes are new, and this one even includes a bathroom built for comfort. Stoke the fire to keep yourself warm or book during a time where the cold won't reach you as easily through these walls.

10. Hippie Chic Oasis on the High Plains - Colby

Also ran by the owners of SOLitude, this much larger home offers just as unique of a stay without the weather concerns or odd building. Instead, all of the odd and beautiful is inside, where 4 guests can stay with plenty of decorated, unique space.
