A lot of things have changed since 1967, including the entrance to the Anaheim stadium. It sure looks a lot more colorful and festive today than it did back then.
Back in 1975 this was just an empty plot of land with nothing but a lone sign announcing the opening of Brea Center. Over 40 years later and the mall is a bustling destination in town.
This rare photo taken in 1955 shows the main entrance of Disneyland on opening day. The most striking thing about these two photos is how little the main entrance has changed over time. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
This famous intersection in Los Angeles has made quite a transformation since 1907. Must have been nice not to have all the traffic congestion back then.

What's stunning about this photo is the amount of housing that has been developed in Laguna Beach since the early 1900s. There's no question this is prime real estate.
Things sure look different in SoCal today, don’t they? They say the more things change, the more they stay the same. If you want to see even more images of Southern California as it looked in the past, you might enjoy these rare photos.
