The El Matador Beach Trail near Malibu, California is full of awe-inspiring rock formations. Some would argue it is more of a sandy stretch along the shore than a trail but regardless of what you call it, the surroundings are sure to impress. There is parking on the bluffs above the beach with paths leading down to the ocean. It can be more crowded in the summer but during the off-season, you’ll sometimes get the trail all to yourself.
