Drone Footage Captured At This Abandoned Southern California Ghost Town Is Truly Grim
Did you know there’s a modern day ghost town that’s hiding right here in Southern California? Located in Eagle Mountain, CA at the entrance of the defunct Eagle Mountain iron mine located near Joshua Tree National Park, a once thriving mining town sits desolate and abandoned.
Not only is Eagle Mountain known as a ghost town, but it’s also known as being one of the most well- preserved ghost towns in the country as it’s also one of the youngest. Founded in 1948, this ghost town is less than 70 years old.
