Wander Through 20 Acres Of Fragrant Lavender Fields At This Lavender Festival In Southern California
In the late spring and summer, there’s a lavender festival in Southern California that will transport you to purple fields of fresh lavender. Each summer, the 123 Farm at Highland Springs Ranch & Inn hosts a lavender festival to celebrate the beginning of the lavender harvest season. It allows visitors a chance to come and walk through the fragrant fields, enjoy food from the custom lavender menu, and participate in different cultural activities out on the farm.
Take a look at this video from 123 Farm showcasing the 2022 lavender festival, for an idea of what to expect:
The 2023 edition of the festival is taking place from May 5 through July 23, 2023. Peak bloom is from mid-June to mid-July. This year, the festival takes place in the evening hours, from 5 to 10 PM, so you can get beautiful sunset photos of the lavender fields! Over 100,000 lights adorn the farm at night, and live music will be playing every night from 6:30 to 9 PM.
You can peruse the lavender-inspired menu, learn about other activities available, and purchase tickets for the lavender festival at the 123 Farm lavender festival website. To learn more about the farm and keep up to date with upcoming events, visit the 123 Farm Facebook page.
