This Wine-Themed Train In South Dakota Will Give You The Ride Of A Lifetime

What could possibly be better than a sunset train ride in the Black Hills National Forest? How about one that includes wine? Take a look at this!

The 1880 Train offers its special Wine on the Rails Wednesdays train, departing from the Hill City Station at 6:45 pm.

The dates for this special wine train are June 21 & 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26.
The round trip takes you to Keystone, arriving back in Hill City at 8:00 pm.

The evening run is a great time for wildlife viewing - deer are often out in the meadows.

As the train winds through the forest from Hill City to Keystone, you'll enjoy a complimentary sample of wine made right here in South Dakota. You can purchase glasses of wine for $5, along with snacks.
