South Dakota has some pretty amazing festivals, but there’s one that you won’t likely find elsewhere. Check this out!
The 55th Annual Steam Threshing Jamboree takes place August 24-27 in Madison, South Dakota.
The jamboree is held at Historic Prairie Village, 45205 SD Hwy. 34, Madison.
It kicks off with a 32-mile tractor drive.

You'll see tons of cool antique tractors here. Imagine harvesting with one of these bad boys!
Don't miss the parades on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There's a parade featuring Allis-Chalmers, a horse parade, a car parade, and a machinery parade.

You'll see plenty of demonstrations of everything from hay threshing to vintage saw mill equipment.
Other events during the festival include tons of tractor and equipment displays, a huge flea market, food, entertainment and carousel rides.
Tickets are $10/day ($12 on Saturday). Children get in for $5. Or, get a four-day pass for just $30.
