A Visit To This South Dakota Malt Shop Is Perfect On A Hot Summer Day
When the mercury rises during the summer months, it’s time to find a cool, creamy treat. We’ve got just the place for you!
You'll find Phillips Avenue Diner in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls at 121 S. Phillips Avenue.
You'll love the retro soda fountain, with its swivel stools and bright, shiny stainless steel.
If you don't want to sit up to the counter, choose a comfy booth, instead.
Enjoy your tasty treat on the patio in the evening.
This cute diner serves up the best shakes and malts in the state. You'll find six "Crazy Shakes" - specialty confections that you can't get anywhere else. This is the S'mores shake - graham crackers, hot fudge and toasted marshmallows.
Regular shake flavors include strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch, Oreo, Heath bar and banana.
Visit on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, when you'll enjoy a half-price Crazy Shake, regular shake or malt when you order an entree.
You can also get a float! Try the Dreamsickle - a Buddy's Orange Soda with vanilla ice cream.
Feeling hungry? Get a tasty burger to go with that shake.
Stop by Phillips Avenue Diner Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm; Friday and Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm; Sunday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
