In the early to mid 20th century, seeing a new film at a drive-in movie theater was one of America’s favorite past times and brought in hundreds of patrons nearly every week. Sadly, like too many other things that were popular in the 20th century, the attendance at drive-in theaters has dramatically declined over the years, leaving behind only a handful in each state.
