One Of South Dakota’s Last Drive-In Theaters Is Hiding In A Small Town And You’ll Want To Visit

In the early to mid 20th century, seeing a new film at a drive-in movie theater was one of America’s favorite past times and brought in hundreds of patrons nearly every week. Sadly, like too many other things that were popular in the 20th century, the attendance at drive-in theaters has dramatically declined over the years, leaving behind only a handful in each state. Fortunately for us in South Dakota, we have 6 of these cinematic gems remaining, including this small-town drive-in theater that you will want to visit before summer’s end:

Address: 17230 US-281, Redfield, SD 57469
