Opened in 2005, Carnaval Brazilian Grill is a first-of-its-kind Sioux Falls restaurant that is known not only for its out-of-this-world meats, but also its outstanding service and calming ambiance.

How does Carnaval Brazilian Grill work? Guests begin by making a trip to the extensive salad bar and Brazilian Style Hot Bar, which is also all-you-can-eat and offers everything from your traditional greens to cheeses, fruit, soups and stews, and more.

After you have finished with your starters, it is time for the star of the show, the Rodizio, which comes with such selections as all-you-can-eat prime rib, chicken breast, BBQ pork, shrimp, flank steak, and dozens of other options.
