The Eclipse Festival In South Carolina That Will Take You To The Moon And Back

Get ready South Carolina, because the mother of all solar eclipse festivals has been in the works for the big day for quite some time – and you’ll be surprised at every facet of this fantastic festival. Welcome to Yonder Field, a new 30k capacity outdoor concert venue with an amphitheater – and plenty of space for that perfect festival experience.

The Eclipse Festival in South Carolina takes place at Yonder Field, a 30,000 capacity event venue that opened earlier this year in Bowman. The family event begins the night before when the designated camping area opens at 4:00 p.m. If you choose to head there on Monday, August 21st, then the field opens for public access beginning at 10:00 a.m. Access Yonder Field by taking exit 159 from Interstate 26 and heading West. As you can imagine with so many fun things planned, neither the event, nor the overnight camping are free. Pricing, reservations, and a wealth of other pertinent information can be found on the official website for Yonder Field, or on their Facebook page. The address for Yonder Field is 180 Log Cabin Rd., Bowman, SC 29018.
