In South Carolina there are really two sides to winter. There’s the winter the coastal, midland and parts of the Piedmont regions experience, and then there’s the WINTER the rest of the state gets. It’s really the best of both worlds, having both a cold and a mild winter within a short drive of one another. Let’s take a look at all the reasons you shouldn’t be dreading winter this year.

15. It means we'll be deep in the throes of roundball until spring.
