Northwest of Greenville in the community of Sunset, is a pair of waterfalls appropriately named Twin Falls.
But, except for their height at 75 feet, they are anything but identical. And after hiking for just a short distance, you can find yourself standing at the base of both.
Technically, there are two easy trails of varying lengths that lead to Twin Falls; however each trail leads to a different side of the falls. From the Lower Trail (see map below), you'll end up at the base of both.
And if you want a trail that's a bit more challenging, yet still rated as easy, then take the 2.3-mile hike accessed from the trailhead on Cleo Chapman Highway, also in Sunset.
Have you hike both trails to Twin Falls? We’d love to hear which one was your favorite! And for more waterfall hikes, be sure to plan a day to explore our signature South Carolina Waterfalls Road Trip!
