Life in South Carolina is seldom boring. We may have our own way of doing some things here that people from out of state just don’t get. But that’s okay. When it comes to changing, we just don’t see a need. Following are some things true South Carolinians can say we’ve never done.

1. Shrug off a snowstorm, like it's nothing.

Even if it's just a prediction of flurries, we worry it will be the ONE TIME the weatherman is wrong.
2. Let anyone make fun of our state.

State pride runs deep in these parts. We'd never make fun of our people or places — and won't let others do it either.
3. Seen a pothole we didn't eventually fall into.

I don't know about you, but if it's there, I'm going to hit it SOMEDAY.
4. Turn the station when Jame's Taylor's "Carolina In My Mind" is on.

5. Feed one of these!
