The One Place In South Carolina That Takes You Above The World
If you’ve made the trek up to the summit of Sassafras Mountain then you already know the mountain has the height to take you above the world. But did you know that view is about to get a little higher in the coming months? The state’s newest and most elaborate mountaintop observation tower is scheduled for construction beginning in Spring 2017. When completed, the tower will dish up 360-degree panoramic views of three states.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. Have you stood on the highest peak in South Carolina and did you know the mountain view is rising in 2017? We’d love to know in our comments.
