These 9 Cities In South Carolina Have the WORST Traffic

Texas A&M Transportation Institute’s Urban Mobility Scorecard, published in 2015, ranks 370 urban places in the U.S. Some of our beloved cities made the list.

Here’s how nine cities in the Palmetto State fared in that report.
