A popular Rock Hill park, Ebenezer Park, will be closed soon for renovations that will involve the installation of concrete pads at campsites, the addition of more RV and tent sites, paving some of the roads, and other improvements. This comes after the park had re-opened in 2021 following a $4.6-million renovation. Public use of the park has increased and the consensus in the community has been that the area needs more recreational parks. The leaders have listened and just this year another park has opened, Rock Hill Park at the Lake Wylie Dam. And you’re going to want to visit it soon before the word gets out and it, too, begins attracting the crowds!
