It’s the perfect location for a plantation bed and breakfast in South Carolina.
Circa 1718, Mansfield is believed to be the only American rice plantation that has been saved from development. When you have the opportunity to visit it in person, you’ll be glad it’s been saved!

In Colonial days it was common practice for the kitchen house to be built separate from the main house, mainly to prevent everything from burning in the event of a fire. This unusual and incredible bed and breakfast is perched on the shore of the beautiful Black River. You'll quickly get used to seeing all the Spanish Moss drooping from the large Oak trees. The entire property is incredibly romantic.
