Attend The Lowcountry Strawberry Festival This Year For A Fun Day The Whole Family Can Enjoy
Strawberries. It seems with the last 12 months being as they were, we could all use a strawberry-infused day – or weekend. We’re happy to deliver the good news that one is rapidly approaching in South Carolina later this month! Get ready for the Lowcountry Strawberry Festival, taking place in Mount Pleasant April 29th through May 2nd, with four fun-filled days of fun and games, family togetherness – and of course, loads of freshly picked strawberries.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate
The U-Pick Strawberries will only be available during limited hours and as long as strawberries are still available. The U-Pick hours are: Thursday, April 29 – no u-pick times, Friday, April 30 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday May 1 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday May 2 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Learn more from the official website for Boone Hall Plantation.
