This Incredible Kite Festival In South Carolina Is A Must See

Flying a kite is a fun challenge for the whole family. Soon, you’ll get to fly your own kite with hundreds and hundreds of others while thousands cheer you on. Or, you can be on standby in the cheerleader crowd and just watch all the action go down. The Annual Kite Festival hosted by The City of Aiken is Saturday, May 6, 2017 and you won’t want to miss it.

Inspired yet? Aiken’s free kite flying festival will be held at Citizen’s Park III at 1060 Banks Mill Road, Aiken on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Activities for children, such as moonwalk and train rides, are not free. The hours for the event are 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Are you ready to go fly a kite?
